How To Print Materials

These instructions are specific to Microsoft Internet Explorer on Windows XP.  Your program may have slightly different option names.

 

First, change your printing options.

1. Choose “Page Setup” from the File menu to open the Page Setup options.

2. Select the “Landscape” Orientation option.

3. Reduce the page margins by typing a zero in each of the Margins options.  Your computer will automatically change your entry to the minimum for your current printer.

4. Click the OK button to close the Page Setup.

 

Then, view and print the pages.

1. Click on the link for the desired page below.

2. Choose “Print” from the File menu.

3. Click the Print button.
