¨ Proactive, inclusive leadership fostering superior results as evidenced by the 2007 Jail inspection by the Oregon State Sheriffs’ Assoc yielding an outstanding 99.8% rating. 

 

¨ Secured Sergeant position enabling appropriate support and review of Patrol Deputies.

 

¨ In partnership with local and federal agencies, procuring development of a new Firearms Range offering top-level training to all law enforcement while including learning opportunities for citizens.

 

¨ Team plan achieving responsible, efficient budget while developing independent revenue resources.

 

¨ Activated civilian Search And Rescue team supporting Sheriff’s Posse, both staffed with trained volunteer members.
