U.S. Marine Corps, Staff Sergeant, Vietnam Veteran; U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Gunnery Sergeant, Desert Storm and Desert Shield Veteran, Navy Achievement Medal; 1978- current: Columbia County Sheriff’s Office: Reserve Deputy; Corrections Officer; Patrol Deputy; Marine Patrol; Detective for Columbia Enforcement Narcotics Team (CENT) and Regional Organized Crime & Narcotics (ROCN); Criminal Detective; Current Deputy Medical Examiner, Supervisor: Posse/ Search And Rescue (SAR), Lieutenant, and Undersheriff.
